- By joining a tour, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing
- Creators filming during tours must inform us in advance to ensure vendor permissions and route suitability
5. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Personal information is used only for booking, communication, and service improvement
6. Code of Conduct
- We expect respectful behavior toward guides, vendors, and fellow participants
- Nom Nom Travels reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience or violates local laws
